Lennar: Brand Refresh

This extensive project involved a full-scale brand refresh for renowned home builder, Lennar—triggered by the need for a brand repositioning and refresh in a growing, competitive market. The project included strategizing new brand pillars, establishing a much more extensive (and warm) color palette, introducing new, textile-inspired patterns, expanding on brand voice, providing a much-needed guide for photography, and so much more. This was all summarized into a curated 100-page standards guide and distributed nationally.
